We’re anticipating both an increase in visiting families between December 24-January 2 and a decrease in our volunteer force as leaders take time off to travel to see their families. Could you help us receive all our regular and visiting families by serving in Kid’s Quest during the holidays?
Christmas Eve, December 24:
- Nursery: Caregivers during the 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm Family Services for newborns to 36 months.
- Nursery: Caregivers during the 7:00 pm Communion Service for newborns to 24 months.
- Preschool Escorts: Help kids enter and exit the stage at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm and match wristbands to return children to the correct parents after performance. Escorts will miss a portion of the worship at the beginning while backstage but will still be able to attend the majority of the service.
- Greeters: Do not need to know the computer! At 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm, direct families to correct nursery locations, pass out matching wristbands to Preschool children, and assist with keeping preschoolers in hallway. At 7:00 pm, direct families to correct nursery locations. Greeters will miss a portion of the worship at the beginning but will still be able to attend the majority of the service.
Sunday, December 26: 9:00am, 10:45 am, 12:30 pm, or 5:30 pm:
- Greeters: Welcome families and check them in using our computerized check-in system any service. It’s easy to learn and we will train you!
- Nursery/Toddlers: Serve with children newborn to 3 years any service.
- Preschool: Serve with children 3 years to Pre-Kindergarten any service. Opportunities in both Large Group (on stage or sound & tech) and Small Group (activities & discussion).
- Elementary: Serve with children in Kindergarten to 5th Grade any service except 5:30 pm. Opportunities in both Large Group (on stage or sound & tech) and Small Group (activities & discussion).
Saturday, January 1, 6:30 pm:
- Greeters: Welcome families and check them in using our computerized check-in system. It’s easy to learn and we will train you!
- Nursery/Toddlers: Serve with children newborn to 3 years.
- Preschool: Serve with children 3 years to Pre-Kindergarten. Opportunities in both Large Group (on stage or sound & tech) and Small Group (activities & discussion).
