Little Adventurers who are or will be 3 years old by September 30, 2014 through completed 4th graders move up to new classes, July 12/13. Are we ready for you?
Family Enrollment Forms: If MBC is your church home and you have not previously enrolled, go to mbctysons.org/kqenroll and click on the link for the online enrollment or pick up a Family Enrollment Form at check-in. Not sure if you’re enrolled? If you are already enrolled you should have a permanent plastic key tag with your emergency LED (Lighted Electronic Display) number on it. The LED number is how we notify you during services of an emergency involving your child – memorize it!
Family Update Cards: If you just need to update your family’s current info (new address, addition to the family, change in health concerns, etc.), pick up a Family Update Card at check-in and return it to a Check-in Greeter.
Class Location Maps: Your child may be moving to a new floor. Pick up an updated map on July 12/13 at check-in stations to be sure of where you’re headed. If you need assistance getting to your new location, ask a Check-in Greeter for an escort.
Small Groups: If your preschool through 5th Grade child is already enrolled and you consistently attend a service time, your child can be placed in a permanent Small Group (meeting with the same leader and children every week). Go to mbctysons.org/kqenroll to download and print a Small Group Enrollment Form or pick one up at check-in. Do this by July 6 if you want your kids to start out in their new group on Promotion Weekend.
Special Concerns: Does your child have health/allergy concerns or need accommodations for successful integration? If yes, make sure you’ve completed a Detailed Health Form, Epinephrine Injector Administration Permission Form, or Special Needs Intake Form (whichever is applicable) at mbctysons.org/kqspecial so we’re ready to provide proper care for your child.
